Pursuant to Minnesota Statutes 1961, Chapter 429, <br />and upon public notice and hearing as therein required, the Village <br />has ordered the construction of an improvement designated as Water <br />Improvement No. 62-1, and has advertised for bids and entered into <br />contracts for a portion of such construct~on, and the total cost <br />thereof, including the cost of work un!';' c'-': ':-:aid contracts and <br />additional work to be performed, and a1::. Jclier expenses necessary <br />to be incurred in connection with the im1?;:ov2,nent, is estimated <br />at present to be $3,590,000.00. <br /> <br />2. Said improvement shall be financed by the issuance of <br />improvement bonds, for the payment of which the full faith and <br />credit of the Village shall be pledged. A separate fund is hereby <br />established for said improvement, which shall be designated the <br />
