<br />Water Improvement No. €2-l ~und. 72:' proceeds from the sale of <br />the bonds herein provided for and frern the collections of special <br />assessments for the improvement and any other moneys appropriated <br />thereto by the village shall be paid into said fund. <br /> <br />3. This Council shall meet at the time and place designated <br />in the form of notice herein contained for the purpose of <br />receiving, opening and considering sealed bids for and awarding <br />the sale of said bonds~ and the Clerk is hereby authorized and <br />directed to cause notice of the time, place and purpose of said <br />meeting to be published in The Rose Tribune, the official newspaper <br />of the Village, and in the Commercial West, a financial newspaper <br />published at Minneapolis, Minnesota, which notice shall be in <br />substantially the following form: <br />
