<br />accrued interest, plus a premium of 2~ of the par value of each bond prepaid on or <br />before May 1, 1977, and without premium if prepaid on or after November 1, 1977. Of <br />the bonds outstanding at the time of call for redemption} those bearing the highest <br />coupon rates will be prepaid first, in inverse order of their serial numbers. The <br />Village will mail notice of the call of any of the bonds for redemption, to the <br />holder, if known} and to the bank at which principal and interest are then payable. <br />Holders of prepayable bonds desiring to receive such notice may register their names <br />and addresses and the serial numbers of their bonds with the Village Treasurer. <br /> <br />IT IS HEREBY CERTIFIED, RECITED, COVENANTED AND AGREED that all acts, con- <br />ditions and things required by the Constitution and laws of the State of Minnesota <br />to be done, to exist, to happen and to be performed preliminary to and in the issu- <br />ance of this bond in order to make it a valid and binding general obligation of the <br />Village according to its terms have been done, do exist, have happened and have been <br />performed as so required; that the Village has duly determined the necessity and <br />contracted for the construction of said improvement; that the Water Improvement Bond <br />Sinking Fund has been duly created and provision made for the support thereof by ad <br />valorem taxes and special assessments to be levied for the years and in aggregate <br />amounts not less than five per cent (5%) in excess of sums sufficient to pay when <br />due the principal and interest on all bonds payable from that fund, and additional <br />taxes, if needed for said purpose, may be levied upon all taxable property in the <br />Village, without limitation as to rate or amount; and that the issuance of this bond <br />did not cause the indebtedness of the Village to exceed any constitutional or statu- <br />tory limitation. <br /> <br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF the Village of Roseville, Ramsey County, Minnesota, by <br />its Village Council, has caused this bond to be executed in its behalf by the signa- <br />ture of its Mayor, countersigned by its Village Clerk, and sealed with its official <br />seal, and has caused the interest coupons appurtenant hereto and the certificate <br />appearing on the reverse side hereof to be executed and authenticated by the fac- <br />simile signatures of said officers, and has caused this bond to be dated as of <br />November 1, 1962. <br /> <br />~' ~ ~.-JA Ot') <br />"-..t..
