<br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting of the <br />Village Council of the Village of Roseville, <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a <br /> <br />rer.ular <br /> <br />meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minne- <br />sota, was duly held at the Village Hall in said village on Monday, <br /> <br />the 12th day of November, 1962 at 8:00 <br /> <br />0' clock P.M. <br /> <br />The following members were present: <br /> <br />[,[ayor 1'lcGce, Trustees Goodrich, Flanagan, Schrenker and <br />Kustermann <br /> <br />and the following were absent: None <br /> <br />* * * <br /> <br />* * * <br /> <br />* * * <br /> <br />Trustee <br /> <br />Goodrich <br /> <br />introduced the following <br /> <br />written resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 649 <br />RESOLUTION FIXING THE FORM AND SPECIFICATIONS <br />OF $180,000 TEMPORARY IMPROVEMENT BONDS OF THE <br />VILLAGE, PROVIDING FOR THE EXECUTION AND DELIVERY <br />THEREOF AND CREATING A FUND FOR THEIR PAYMENT <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of <br />Roseville, Minnesota, as follows: <br /> <br />1. The bid of The American National Bank of Saint Paul <br />to purchase $180,000 temporary General Obligation Sanitary Sewer <br />Bonds of the village described below, is hereby found and deter- <br />mined to be a favorable bid and shall be and is hereby accepted, <br />said bid being to purchase such bonds bearing interest at the rate <br />of 2.40% per annum at a price of par, accrued interest and a <br />premium of $15.00, the village to pay the cost of obtaining the <br />approving legal opinion of Messrs. Faegre & Benson, Minneapolis, <br />Minnesota. <br /> <br />2. Pursuant to Section 429.091, Subd. 3, Minnesota <br />Statutes, as amended, the village shall forthwith issue its <br />temporary General Obligation Sanitary Sewer Bonds in the aggregate <br />principal amount of $180,000 in the denomination of $90,000 each, <br />to be dated November 15, 1962, to bear interest at the rate above <br />set forth, payable May 15, 1963, November 15, 1963, May 15, 1964 <br />and November 15, 1964, and to mature on November 15, 1964, but <br />subject to redemption and prior payment on May 15, 1964 at par and <br />accrued interest, to pay part of the costs of Sanitary Sewer <br />Improvement No.4 of the village. <br /> <br />3. Both principal and interest shall be payable at The <br />American National Bank of Saint Paul, in St. Paul, Minnesota. <br /> <br />4.
