<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF <br />ROSEVILLE HELD DECEMBER 17, 1962. <br /> <br />* * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular <br />meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, <br />Minnesota, was duly called and held at the Village Hall in <br />said Village on December 17, 1962, at 8:00 p.m. The <br />following members were present: <br /> <br />Mayor McGee and <br />Trustees: Kustermann, Goodrich, Schrenker & Curley. <br /> <br />and the following members were absent: <br /> <br />None. <br /> <br />Member Schrenker introduced the following <br />resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 669 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION DETERMINING TO ACQUIRE BY CONDEMNATION <br />UNDER THE POWER OF EMINENT DOMAIN AN EASEMENT ACROSS CERTAIN <br />LANDS FOR THE PURPOSES OF CONSTRUCTING, MAINTAINING AND <br />OPERATING SANITARY SEWER MAINS AND SANITARY SEWER LIFT <br />STATIONS FOR THE VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, AND <br />DIRECTING THAT THE NECESSARY PROCEEDINGS BE INSTITUTED FOR <br />SUCH PURPOSES. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Village Council for the Village of <br />Rosevillehas been advised by competent engineers that it is <br />feasible to construct sanitary sewer mains and sanitary sewer <br />lift stations for said Village; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Village Council deems it necessary and <br />expedient and in the best interests of the Village and its <br />inhabitants that sanitary sewer mains and sanitary sewer lift <br />stations be constructed on the lands proposed to be taken by <br />eminent domain hereunder; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the present owners and other persons having <br />an interest in said required lands have indicated that they <br />are unwilling to negotiate with the Village on a reasonable <br />basis for the acquisition of the same; and <br />
