<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF t-.1EETING OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF ROSEVILLE <br />HELD JANUARY 28, 1963 <br /> <br />* * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village <br />Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly called and held in the <br />Village Hall in said Village on January 28, 1963, at 8:00 p.m. The following <br />members were present: <br /> <br />~tlyor M::Gee, Trustees Curley, Goodrich, Kustermann and Schrenker <br />and the following members were absent: None <br /> <br />~~mber Goodrich introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 684 A <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Village of Roseville has a need of continuing and expert advice <br />on the requirements of the Village for insurance protection, <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COONCIL FOR TIlE VILLAGE OF <br />ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />Resolution No. 460 passed by the Village Council for the Village of Rosevil1e, <br />Minnesota, on July 7, 1961, is hereby repealed. <br /> <br />II. <br /> <br />The Village Insurance Committee shall consist of five members appointed by <br />the Village Council as follows: one member shall be appointed for a period of one year, <br />two additional members for a period of two years, and two additional members for a period <br />of three years. Thereafter, each new member shall be appointed by the Village Council <br />for a period of three years, said terms to commence with the first business day of each <br />calendar year in which the appointment was made, and to expire on the last business day <br />of the year in which the term expires. <br /> <br />III. <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the duties of the Insurance Committee shall <br />be to analyze the insurance requirements of the Village, and to make recommendations to <br />the Village Council to purchase appropriate insurance. <br />
