<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF <br />ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, HELD JANUARY 28, 1963. <br />* * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br />of the Village Council of the Village of Roseville I Minnesota, was duly <br />called and held at the Village Hall in said Village on January 28, 1963, <br />at 8:00 p.m. The following members were present: <br /> <br />Mayor McGee, and <br />Trustee s Curley I Goodrich, Kustermann and Schrenker; <br /> <br />and the following members were absent: <br /> <br />None. <br /> <br />Member Goodrich introduced the following resolution and <br />moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 686. <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION ORDERING PREPARATION OF REPORT ON <br />IMPROVEMENTS. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it is proposed to improve the following described <br />area in the Village of Roseville, County of Ramsey and State of Minnesota, <br />said improvements and area to be generally as follows: <br /> <br />The construction of a street to be known as Commerce <br />Street, which street will be generally four hundred feet <br />to five hundred feet (400' to 5001) South of Trunk Highway <br />No. 36, and extend from Hamline Avenue West about <br />One thousand, seven hundred feet {I,700');to alsCil' consist <br />of the construction of a street to be known as Pascal <br />Avenue, said street to run from the proposed Commerce <br />Street south to a street known as Rose Mall Street. <br /> <br />Said improvements are to consist generally of the construction of <br />Commerce Street and Pascal Avenue by grading, placing base materials, <br />paving with a bituminous mixture, and installing storm sewers, all such <br />improvements to be made pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Sections 429.011 <br />to 429.
