<br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE <br />COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. The proposed improvement be referred to Robert Hanson, <br />Engineer for the Village of Roseville, for study; and he is instructed to <br />report to the Council with all convenient speed, advising the Council in <br />a preliminary way as to whether the proposed improvement is feasible, and <br />as to whether the proposed improvements should be made as proposed, or <br />in connection with some other improvement; and the estimate cost of the <br />improvements as recommended. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was <br />duly seconded by Member Schrenker, and upon a vote being taken thereon, <br />the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />Unanimous; <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same~ <br /> <br />None. <br /> <br />WHEREUPON, said Resolution was declared duly passed <br /> <br />and adopted. <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA) <br />)SS <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY) <br /> <br />I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified Clerk of the Village <br />of Roseville, Minnesota, do hereby certify that I have carefully compared tte <br />attached and foregoing extract to the minutes of the regular meeting of the <br />Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota held on the 28th day <br />of January, 1963 on file in my office I and the same is a full, true and <br />complete transcript therefrom insofar as the same relates to a resolution <br />ordering in certain improvements. <br /> <br />WITNESS my hand as such Clerk and the corporate seal of the <br />Village of Roseville, this 29th day of January, 1963. <br /> <br />,,<:7 / . ;,1 / " /~. ,( <br />~i-4jo ,~~~-4--~/.' <br />chard W.
