The Council shall meet at the Council Chambers in the <br />Village Hall, 2701 North Lexington, on March 8, 1963, at <br />8:00 o'clock P.M., for the purpose of holding a public hearing <br />on the proposed improvement under and pursuant to the provisions <br />of Minnesota statutes, Chapter 429, and the Clerk is hereby <br />authorized and directed to cause notice of the time, place and <br />purpose of that meeting to be published twice in the official <br />newspaper, the Rose Tribune, which publications shall be a week <br />apart, and the second publication shall be not less than three <br />days before the date of the hearing. <br /> <br />3.
