NOTICE OF HEARING ON WATER IMPROVEMENT NO. 63-3 OF THE VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the village of Roseville, Minnesota, will meet at the Council Chambers in the village Hall on the 8th day of March, 1963, at 8:00 o'clock P.M., to hold a public hearing pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429, as amended, on a proposed Water Improvement No. 63-3 consisting of the construction of distribution and feeder mains for the distribution of water within the area described below7 all substantially in accordance with a preliminary engineering report which is now on file and open to public inspection in the office of the Village Clerk. The cost of the improvement is presently estimated at approximately $471,363. The area proposed to be assessed for the improvement includes the properties situated within the following described boundary: Commencing at the SE corner of the SE~ of the SE~ of Sec 4, T 29, R 237 thence north for a distance of 1,325.9 ft. MOL to the NE corner of sd SE ~ of Sec 47 thence west for a distance of 7,622 ft. MOL, to the CL of the Minnesota Belt Line Railway (in Sec 5): thence SWly along sd CL to the North Line of See 8, T 29, R 23: thence west along sd north line of Sec 8 to the west line of Sec 87 thence south along sd west line to the CL of the Minnesota Belt Line Railway Company: thence NEly approximately 1,580 ft MOL along sd CL to its intersection with the north line of the south ~ of Sec 8: thence east approximately 5,836 ft MOL along sd north line of the south ~ of See 8 and Sec 9 to the Southeast corner of the NW~ of the SW ~ of See 97 thence north along the east line of the west ~ of Sec 9 to a point 500 ft south of the north line of Sec 9: thence east 435 ft: thence north 500 ft to the north line of sd See 9: thence east along the north line of See 9 to the beginning. and all that part of Hwy 3SW (394) lying within the Nly 3/4 of See 5, T29, R23..
