EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE VILIAGE COUNCIL OF ROSEVILLE HELD February 11 , 1963 * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly called and held at the Village Hall in said Village on February 11, 1963, at 8: 00 p. m. The following members were present: Mayor ~'lcGee. Trustees Curley. Goodrich, Kustermann and Schrenker and the follOWing members were absent: None Member Goodrich introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 703 A RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT AND CALLING HEARING ON IMPROVEMENT. Whereas, pursuant to Resolution of the Council adopted February 11, 1963, a report has been prepared by Robert Hanson, Village Engineer for the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, with reference to the improvements of the follOWing described areas in the Village of Roseville, County of Ramsey and State of Minnesota, to-wit: Long Lake Road between County Road C and County Road B-2; County Road B-2 between Long Lake Road and Walnut Street; and St. Croix Street between right of way of Trunk Highway 36 and the proposed County Road B-2. said improvements to consist of the construction of a nine-ton capacity road on all of the above right of ways, and the construction of necessary strom drainage systems on said right of ways, and the construction of curbs and gutters, and will be made pursuant to Minnesota Statutes 429.011 to 429.111. This report, received by the Council on 1963, concludes that the proposed improvements are feasible and should be made as proposed, at an estimated total cost of Two Hundred Ninety- Eight Thousand, Seven Hundred Fifty Dollars ($298,750.00), NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILIAGE COUNCIL FOR THE VILIAGE OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, AS FOLLOWS:
