1. The Council accepts the report and will consider the improvements of such areas in accordance with the report, and will consider the assessment of abutting property for all or a portion of the cost of the improvement pursuant to Minnesota Statutes 429.011 to 429. 111 at an estimated total cost of the improvements of Two Hundred Ninety-Eight Thousand, Seven Hundred Fifty Dollars ($298,750.00). 2. A public hearing shall be held on such proposed improvements on the 8th day of March, 1963, in the Council Chambers of the Village Hall, 2701 Lexington Avenue North, RoseviUe 13, Minnesota, at 9:30 p.m. C.S.T., and the Clerk shall give mailed and published notice of such hearing and improvements as required by law. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Member Kustermann , and upon a vote being taken thereon, the follOWing voted in favor thereof: All and the follOWing voted against the same: None WHEREUPON, said Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
