<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF <br /> <br />ROSEVILLE HELD FEBRUARY 25, 1963 <br />* * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br />of the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly <br />called and held at the Village Hall in said Village on February 25, 1963, at <br />8:00 p. m. The followi ng members were present: <br /> <br />Mayor McGee, and <br />Trustees Curley, Goodrich, Kustermann and Schrenker; <br /> <br />and the following members were absent: <br /> <br />None. <br /> <br />Member Goodrich introduced the following Resolution and <br />mwed its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 706. <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION ORDERING PREPARATION OF REPORT ON <br /> <br />IMPROVEMENTS. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it is proposed to improve County Road" B" <br />between Snelling Avenue and Pascal Avenue, said improvements to consist <br />generally of the following: <br /> <br />Entering into an agreement with the County of Ramsey, <br />Minnesota, wherein the County of Ramsey would agree to do the following: <br />Construct a Forty-eight Foot (48') concrete roadway on County Road "B" <br />from the West line of Hamline Avenue to the East line of Pascal Avenue; <br />construct a Sixty-Eight Foot (68') concrete road on County Road "B" from <br />the East line of Pascal Avenue to Four Hundred Feet East (400'E.) of the <br />East line of Snelling Avenue; construct a Sixty-Eight Foot (68') bituminous <br />road on County Road "B" from Four Hundred Feet East (400' E.) of the East <br />line of Snelling Avenue to the East line of Snelling Avenue; construct curbs and <br />gutters; construct necessary storm drainage; and pay for all costs of <br />
