constructing the Forty-Eight Foot (48') roadway referred to above, pay a proportionate share of the cost of the Sixty-Eight Foot (68') concrete roadway referred to above, and to assess the benefited property for all or a portion of the costs of the improvement, pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Sections 429 . 0 II to 429, Ill; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL FOR THE VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, AS FOLLOWS: That the proposed improvement be referred to Robert Hanson, Roseville Village Engineer, for study and that he is instructed to report to the Council with all convenient speed advising the Council in a preliminary way as to whether the proposed improvement is feasible and as to whether it should best be made as proposed or in connection with some other improvement, and the estimated cost of the improvement as recommended. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Member Kustermann, and upon a vote being held, all members voted in favor thereof, and no one voted against the same. WHEREUPON, said Resol ution was declared duly passed and adopted.
