<br />The Village of Roseville would agree to acquire the <br />necessary right of ways on County Road IIB" from the East line of Pascal <br />Avenue to the East line of Snelling Avenue, and the Village of Roseville <br />would agree to pay all costs of the acquisition of the right of way herein- <br />above set forth, and pay a proportionate share of the cost of the Sixty- <br />Eight Foot (681) concrete roadway, said proportionate share of the cost to be <br />that additional cost necessary to construct a sixty:::eight foot (681) CD ncrete <br />roadway over and above the cost of a forty-eight foot (48') concrete roadway; <br />and the Village of Roseville would agree to pay all costs of the Sixty-eight <br />Foot (68') bituminous roadway referred to above. <br /> <br />Said improvements would be pursuant to Minnesota <br />Sta tu te s 429. 0 II to 429. llI. <br /> <br />The estimated cost of the entire improvement by the <br />County of Ramsey and the Village of Roseville is One Hundred Thirty-Six <br />Thousand, Four Hundred Dollars ($136,400.00), of which the estimated cost <br />of the Village of Rosevillel s proportionate share would be Thirty-Eight <br />Thousand, Four Hundred Fifty Dollars ($38,450.00). <br /> <br />The area proposed to be assessed for the cost to be <br />borne by the Village of Roseville is the property abutting the right of way <br />of County Road "B" from the East line of Pascal Avenue to the East line of <br />Snelling Avenue. <br /> <br />The said report of Robert Hanson was received by the <br />Council on March 4, 1963. <br /> <br />NOW, TIE REFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE <br />COUNCIL FOR THE VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. The Council will consider the improvement <br />of such area in accordance with the report and the assessment of abutting <br />property for all or a portion of the cost of the improvement pursuant to <br />Minnesota Statutes, Sections 429.011 to 429.111, at an estimated total <br />cost of the improvement to the Village of Roseville of Thirty-Eight Thousand, <br />Four Hundred Fifty Dollars ($38,450.00). <br /> <br />2. A public hearing shall be held on such <br />proposed improvement on the 25th day of March, 1963, in the COWlcil <br />Chambers of the Village Hall at 8: 00 p. m., and the Clerk shall give mailed <br />and published notice of such hearing and improvement as required by law. <br /> <br />-2- <br />
