<br />Resolution No....1.l:- (Cont.) <br /> <br />NOW, TH'R;TFORE, BE IT RESULV1i:D that the Comrnaon Council of the City of <br />,C;aint Paul is hereby petitioned to grant, as an inerim measure, permission <br />to extend sewage disposal and water service to the commercial shopping <br />center proposed bv Av;nqton Development Company and S. J. Krannak, <br />pianned to he built on the North side of Larpenteur Avenue b.etween <br />Lexington and Fernwoad Avenue, in RoseviLle, and <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, thRt while at the same tine our Village is seeking <br />a permanent solution to this problem for our entire area we are certain <br />this granting of such permission will enable immediate construction of the <br />.$2,000.00 center which will broaden ou.r Village tax base to the benefit <br />of all Rqmsey County and Saint Paul citizens, to give employment to <br />approxirnately 200 perBlllns, improve Roseville' s total payroll income, <br />expand Saint Paul's mercantile appeal, and significantly make possible <br />t~is irnportant step forward for the improvement of our commUnity and <br />the entire county, and <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOL'lED, that the Village Clerk be authorized and directed <br />to submit copies of this resolutj on to the Honorab]e Mayor of the City <br />of S,'int Paul and to the Common Council of the City of St. hml. <br /> <br />VILLA CE OF ROSEVILLE <br />Floyd C.
