EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, HELD MARCH 25, 1963. * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minne sota, was duly called and held at the Village Hall in said Village on March 28, 1963 at 8:00 p.m. The following members were present: Mayor McGee; and Trustees Curley, Schrenker, Goodrich and Kustermann; and the following members were absent: None. Member Goodrich introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 723 A RESOLUTION APPROVING REPORT AND AUTHORIZING IMPROVEMENT. WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution of the Council adopted March 4, 1963 fixing the date for the public hearing of the following de scribed improvement for March 25, 1963 in the chambers of the Roseville Village Council at the Village Hall, 2701 Lexington Avenue North, Roseville 13, Minnesota, at 8:00 p.m., said improvement to consist generally of the following, to-wit: Entering into an agreement with the County of Ramsey, Minnesota, wherein the County of Ramsey would agree to do the followinq: Construct a forty-eight foot (481) concrete roadway on County Road "8" from the West line of Hamline Avenue to the East line of Pascal Avenue; construct a Sixty-eight Foot (681) concrete road on County Road "8" from the East line of Pascal Avenue to Four Hundred Feet East (400IE.) of the East line of Snelling Avenue; construct a Sixty-Eight Foot (681) bituminous road on County Road "8" from Four Hundred Feet East (400IE.) of the East line of Snelling Avenue to the East line of Snelling Avenue; construct curbs and gutters; construct necessary storm drainage; and pay for all costs of constructing the Forty-Eight Foot (481) roadway referred to above, pay a proportionate share of the cost of the Sixty-Eight Foot (681) concrete roadway referred to above, said proportionate share to be that amount that a Forty'- Eight Foot (48') concrete roadway would cost.
