<br />The Village of Roseville would agree to acquire the <br />necessary right of ways on County Road II B" from the East line of Pascal <br />Avenue to the East line of Snelling Avenue, and the Village of RosevilJ.e <br />would agree to pay all costs of the acquisition of the right of way herE~in- <br />above set forth, and pay a proportionate share of the cost of the Sixty- <br />Eight Foot (68') concrete roadway, said proportionate share of the cost to be <br />that additional cost necessary to construct a sixty-eight foot (681) concrete <br />roadway over and above the cost of a forty-eight foot (481) concrete roadway <br />and the Village of Roseville would agree to pay all costs of the Sixty-eight <br />Foot (68') bituminous roadway referred to above;. and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, said public hearing was held pursuant to duly <br />mailed and published notice thereof, and said improvement was duly <br />considered, <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL <br />FOR THE VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in <br />the resolution No. 716 passed by the Village Council for the Village <br />of Roseville, Minnesota, on March 4, 1963. <br /> <br />2. Robert Hanson, Roseville Village Engineer, is hereby <br />designated and appointed the engineer to act on behalf of the Village of <br />Roseville with regard to this said improvement, and he shall prepare <br />plans and specifications for the acquisition of the necessary right-of- <br />way. <br /> <br />3. The Mayor and the Clerk of Roseville are hereby <br />authorized to execute a contract in the name of the Village of RosevillE! <br />with the County of Ramsey, Minnesota, containing the conditions set <br />forth in Resolution No. 716 passed by the Village Council for the Villaqe <br />of Roseville, Minnesota, on March 4, 1963. <br /> <br />Member Kustermann seconded the motion for tne adoption of <br />the foregoing Resolution, and upon a vote being held, all members <br />voted in favor thereof, and no one voted against the same. <br /> <br />WHEREUPON, said Resolution was declared duly passed <br />and adopted. <br /> <br />-2- <br />
