NOTICE OF HEARING ON IMPROVEMENT NO. P-95-02, NEIGHBORHOOD 46 CITY OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE Council of the City of Rose vi lie, Minnesota, will meet at the City Hall, 2660 Civic Center Drive, in said City, on the 13th day of February, 1995, at 7: 15 o'clock p.m. to hold a public hearing pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429 as amended on proposed Improvement No. P-95-02, Neighborhood 46 including all that property abutting: Skillman Avenue, Cleveland Avenue to end of cul-de-sac Rosewood Lane North, Midland Hills Road to Rosewood Lane South Rosewood Lane South, Midland Hills Road to Cleveland Avenue Draper Avenue, Midland Hills Road to 290 feet east of Rose dale Drive Rosedale Drive, Roselawn Avenue to Draper Avenue Midland Hills Road, Roselawn Avenue to Rosewood Lane North Lake Street, Roselawn Avenue to a point 650 feet north by the installation of bituminous paving, concrete curb and gutter, sanitary sewer service repair, drainage facilities, and necessary appurtenances The foregoing is substantially in accordance with a preliminary engineering report which is now on fiJe and open to public inspection in the office of the City Manager. The cost of the improvement is presently estimated at $773, I 84.77.
