NOTICE OF HEARING ON IMPROVEMENT NO. P-95-02, NEIGHBORHOOD 51 CITY OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE Council of the City of Rose vi lie, Minnesota, will meet at the City Hall, 2660 Civic Center Drive, in said City, on the 13th day of February, 1995, at 7: 15 o'clock p.m. to hold a public hearing pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429 as amended on proposed Improvement No. P-95-02, Neighborhood 51 including all that property abutting: Fry Street, County Road B to Skillman Avenue Midlothian Road, County Road B to Skillman Avenue Aldine Street, Ryan Avenue to Skillman Avenue Herschel Street, Shryer Avenue to Ryan Avenue Wheeler Street, Shryer Avenue to Ryan Avenue Beacon Street, Shryer Avenue to Ryan Avenue Ryan Avenue, Fairview Avenue to Aldine Street Shryer Avenue, Fairview Avenue to Aldine Street Eldridge Avenue, Midlothian Road to end of cul-de-sac by the installation of bituminous paving, concrete curb and gutter, sanitary sewer service repair, drainage facilities, and necessary appurtenances. The foregoing is substantially in accordance with a preliminary engineering report which is now on file and open to public inspection in the office of the City Manager. The cost of the improvement is presently estimated at $798,2340.05.
