<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br />OF CITY COUNCIL <br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of <br />Roseville, Minnesota, was held in the City Hall in said City on Monday, February 13, 1995, at <br />5:00 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Wiski, P. Johnson, Mastel, and Goedeke and the following <br />were absent: V. Johnson. <br /> <br />Councilmember Wiski introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 9155 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING THE CONSTRUCTION OF <br />IMPROVEMENTS P-95-02 AND P-95-08, NEIGHBORHOOD 15 <br />AND PREPARATION OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a resolution of the City Council of the City ofRoseville adopted January 23, 1995, <br />fixed a date for a public hearing on Projects P-95-02 and P-95-08, Neighborhood 15; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, ten days mailed notice and two weeks published notice was given; <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City ofRoseville, Minnesota, that <br />in accordance with the provisions of Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429, as amended, the Council <br />held a public hearing on February 13, 1995, to consider the proposed construction of Project <br />P-95-02, Neighborhood 15, and Municipal State Aid (MSA) Project P-95-08, Neighborhood 15, <br />consisting of the installation of bituminous paving, concrete curb and gutter, sanitary sewer <br />service repair, drainage facilities, and necessary appurtenances on all that property abutting: <br /> <br />P-95-02 Terrace Drive, Huron Street to Merrill Street <br />Judith Avenue, Hamline Avenue to Merrill Street <br />Huron Street, County Road C-2 to end of cul-de-sac <br />Dellwood Street, County Road C-2 to Woodhill Drive <br />Merrill Street, Terrace Drive to Woodhill Drive <br /> <br />MSA P-95-08 County Road C-2, Hamline Avenue to Merrill Street <br />County Road C-2, Fernwood Street to 120 feet east of Griggs <br /> <br />as described in the Notice of Hearing at a cost presently estimated at $721,057.17 for Project <br />P-95-02, Neighborhood 15, and $214,379.38 for MSA Project P-95-08, Neighborhood 15, and <br />substantially in accordance with the preliminary report as to the feasibility thereof which is now on <br />file in the office of the City Manager, at which all persons desiring to be heard were given an <br />
