<br />opportunity to be heard thereon, and having considered the views of all interested persons, the <br />Council does hereby determine and order that said improvement shall be constructed and financed <br />and that all streets be constructed as recommended in the feasibility report, except that Huron <br />Street from County Road C-2 to Woodhill Drive be constructed to a 28-foot width. The City <br />Public Works Director is designated as the Engineer for the project and is directed to prepare and <br />submit to the Council the final plans and specifications for the improvement. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember P. <br />Johnson and upon roll call vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Wi ski, <br />P.
