<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF <br />ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, HELD JULY 1, 1963. <br />* * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting <br />of the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly <br />called and held at the Village Hall in said Village on July I, 1963 at <br />8:00 p. m. The following members were present: <br /> <br />Trustees Curley, Kustermann and Schrenker; <br /> <br />a nd the following members were absent: <br /> <br />Mayor McGee and Trustee Goodrich. <br /> <br />Member Schrenker introduced the following resolution and <br />moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 790 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, by the terms and conditions of Ordinance #10725, <br />as amended, of the City of Saint Pauli County of Ramsey,and by the <br />acceptance of said Ordinance by the Village of Roseville, a contract exists <br />between the City of Saint Paul and the Village of Roseville, setting forth <br />that the Village of Roseville may drain its sanitary sewers into the sanitary <br />sewers of the City of Saint Paul, upon certain terms and conditions, one <br />of such conditions being that the area to be drained must be approved by <br />an amendment to the said contract; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Independent School District No. 623 of Ramsey <br />County, Minnesota, is constructing a high school to be known as the <br />Frank Kellogg High School, which high school is located upon the follo'Wlng <br />described real property, to-wit: <br /> <br />Lots One (1) through Twenty (20) inclusive, Block <br />Three (3), and Lots One (1) through Twenty (20) <br />inclusive, Block Four (4), North Rice Street Acre <br />Lots according to the plat that is now on record and <br />on file in the office of the Register of Deeds, <br />except the right-of-way granted the railroad, all <br />within Ramsey County, Minnesota. <br />
