EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, HELD JULY 1, 1963. * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly called and held at the Village Hall in said Village on July I, 1963 at 8:00 p. m. The following members were present: Trustees Curley, Kustermann and Schrenker; a nd the following members were absent: Mayor McGee and Trustee Goodrich. Member Schrenker introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 790 WHEREAS, by the terms and conditions of Ordinance #10725, as amended, of the City of Saint Pauli County of Ramsey,and by the acceptance of said Ordinance by the Village of Roseville, a contract exists between the City of Saint Paul and the Village of Roseville, setting forth that the Village of Roseville may drain its sanitary sewers into the sanitary sewers of the City of Saint Paul, upon certain terms and conditions, one of such conditions being that the area to be drained must be approved by an amendment to the said contract; and WHEREAS, Independent School District No. 623 of Ramsey County, Minnesota, is constructing a high school to be known as the Frank Kellogg High School, which high school is located upon the follo'Wlng described real property, to-wit: Lots One (1) through Twenty (20) inclusive, Block Three (3), and Lots One (1) through Twenty (20) inclusive, Block Four (4), North Rice Street Acre Lots according to the plat that is now on record and on file in the office of the Register of Deeds, except the right-of-way granted the railroad, all within Ramsey County, Minnesota.
