<br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL <br />OF THE VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. The Council hereby requests the City of Saint <br />Paul to enact an Ordinance amending Ordinance #10725, authorizing the <br />land above described to be drained into the Roseville sanitary sewers <br />and subsequently into the Saint Paul sanitary Sewers. <br /> <br />2. The Council further directs the Village Engineer <br />for the Village of Roseville to send to the City of Saint Paul complete plans <br />and specifications for the said sanitary sewers. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing re solution wa s <br />duly seconded by Member Curley, and upon a vote being held, the following <br />voted in favor of the resolution: <br /> <br />All members present. <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />None. <br /> <br />WHEREUPON I said resolution was declared duly passed and <br /> <br />adopted. <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA) <br />)SS <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY ) <br /> <br />I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified Clerk of the <br />Village of Roseville, Minnesota, do hereby certify that I have carefully read <br />the attached and foregoing extract of minutes of a special meeting of the <br />Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota,held on the 1st day <br />of July, 1963, with the original on file in my office, and the same is a full, <br />true and complete transcript therefrom insofar as the same relates to a <br />resolution regarding the d.raining of Roseville sa:hitary sewers into the Saint <br />Paul sanitary sewers. <br /> <br />WITNESS my hand as such 9~erk and the corporate seal of the <br />Village of Roseville, Minnesota, thO ~ d..aY of July, 19....63... .1. /J <br />7 -, .
