<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br />OF CITY COUNCIL <br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of <br />Roseville, Minnesota, was held in the City Hall in said City on Monday, February 13, 1995, at <br />5:00 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Wi ski, P. Johnson, Mastel, and Goedeke and the following <br />were absent: V. Johnson. <br /> <br />Coun£ilmember Wiski introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 9157 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING THE CONSTRUCTION OF <br />IMPROVEMENT P~95-02, NEIGHBORHOOD 46 <br />AND PREPARATION OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a resolution of the City Council of the City ofRoseville adopted January 23, 1995, <br />fixed a date for a public hearing on Project P~95-02, Neighborhood 46; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, ten days mailed notice and two weeks published notice was given; <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City ofRoseville, Minnesota, that <br />in accordance with the provisions of Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429, as amended, the Council <br />held a public hearing on February 13, 1995, to consider the proposed construction of Project <br />P-95-02, Neighborhood 46, consisting of the installation of bituminous paving, concrete curb and <br />gutter, sanitary sewer service repair, drainage facilities, and necessary appurtenances on all that <br />property abutting: <br /> <br />Skillman Avenue, Cleveland Avenue to end of cul-de-sac <br />Rosewood Lane North, Midland Hills road to Rosewood Lane South <br />Rosewood Lane South, Midland Hills Road to Cleveland Avenue <br />Draper Avenue, Midland Hills Road to 290' east of Rose dale Drive <br />Rosedale Drive, Roselawn Avenue to Draper Avenue <br />Midland Hills Road, Roselawn Avenue to Rosewood Lane North <br />Lake Street, Roselawn Avenue to a point 650 feet north <br /> <br />as described in the Notice of Hearing at a cost presently estimated at $773,184.77 for Project <br />P-95-02, Neighborhood 46, and substantially in accordance with the preliminary report as to the <br />feasibility thereof which is now on file in the office of the City Manager, at which all persons <br />desiring to be heard were given an opportunity to be heard thereon, and having considered the <br />views of all interested persons, the Council does hereby determine and order that said <br />
