improvement shall be constructed and financed and that all streets be constructed as recommended in the feasibility report with the following exceptions: 1. Midland Hills Road from Roselawn Avenue to Rosewood Lane North be constructed to a width of 28 feet. 2. Rosewood Lane North from Midland Hills Road to Rosewood Lane South be constructed to a width of 28 feet. 3. Skillman Avenue from Cleveland Avenue to end of cul-de-sac shall be constructed with D-style curb and constructed to a width of 28 feet. 4. A final cul-de-sac design for Skillman Avenue be approved by the Council prior to construction. The City Public Works Director is designated as the Engineer for the project and is directed to prepare and submit to the Council the final plans and specifications for the improvement. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Mastel and upon roll call vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Wiski, P. Johnson, Mastel, and Goedeke, and the following voted against the same: None whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
