RESOLUTION NO. 81 A~opt6d December 30, 1955 A RESOLUTICIJ ORDERING SANITARY SEViER IMPROV?M1'NT NC. 1, AND DIRECTING PREPARATION OF FINAL PLANS. ~BEREAS a resolution of the VillageCouncil adoptect the 15th day of November, 1955, fixed a date for a hearing on the proposed sanitary sewer improvement generally in the following described area: Lying west of the center line of Rice Street, beginning at the intersection of Rice and County Road B-2, thence west of the center line of County Road B-2 to the center line of Grotto Street; thence south on center line of Grotto street to the center line of HighwaY 36; thence west on center line of HighweY 36 to the center line of Cleveland Avenue; thence south on center line of Cleveland v ~ Avenvp. to the center line of Roselawn venue; thence east on center line of Roselawn Avenue to the center line of Hamline AverrQe; thence south on center line of Hamline Avenue to the center line of Larpenteur Avenue; thence east on center line of Larpenteur Avenue; tkKREK to the center line of Rice street and north on center line of Rice Street to the point of beginning, AND WHEREAS all property owners whose property is liable to be assessed for the makint of this improvement where given ten days p~Dlished notice of the Council hearing ~lrough weekly publications of the required notice and the hearing was held and the property owners were heard hereon as of that date, it being the 14th day of December, 1955 NOW THEREFORE BE Ii RESOLVED By the Council of the Village of Rosevillc as follows: 1. It is hereby 6etermined that it is necessary and for the beat interest of the Village and the owners of the property especially benefited that the sanitary sewer improvement is hereby ordered 8.S proposed in the Council Resolution adopted November 15, 1955, excep~ lowever, that the extent of said improvement and the foregoing dietrict boundaries may be reduced after detailed surveys necessarJ for the preparation of final plans and specifigations may incticate the desirability thereof in view of additional subdivisions and grading of areas since the date of the original surveys made for the pre- liminary report, so as to provide a sanitary sewer system as described in said notice for the territory described in said notice as follows: Lying west of the center line of !I.ice street, beginning at the intersection of rlice and County Road B-2, thence west of the center line of County Road B-2 to the center line of Grotto Street; thence south on center line of Grotto street to the center line of nighway 36; thence west on center line of Highway 36 to the center line of Cleveland Avenue; thence south on center line of Cleveland Avenue to the center line of Roselawn Avenue; thence east on center line of Roselawn Avenue to the center line of Hamline Avenue; thence south on center line of Hamline Avenue to the center line of Larpent.eur Avenue; thence east on center line of Larpenteur Avenue to the center 1. tb~h~f, ~!fi~ ~frflehRH~~orth on center line of Hice street . .
