<br />RESOLUTION NO. 81 <br /> <br />(Cont'd.) <br /> <br />2. Said Improvement shall hereafter be designated as Sanitary Sewer <br />Improvement No.1. <br /> <br />3. Banister Engineering Company of Saint Paul, Minnesota is hereby <br />designated as the engineer for this Improvement and they shall prepare <br />final plans and specifications for the making of such Improvement and <br />for the calling of construction bids thereon. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly moved & <br />seconded by Mg,ror Olson and Trustee Carlson. <br /> <br />Upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof; <br />Salverda, Carlson, Kitts, McGee and Hammersten, and the follewing voted <br />against: None <br /> <br />~mEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />Clerk <br /> <br />"----.......... <br />
