Extract of i'Hnutes of the Heeting of the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Ramsey County, Minnesota Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a repular meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, 1\las held at the Council Chambers in the Village Hall in said Village on the 9th day of September, 1963, at 8:00 o'clock P.M. The following members were present: Mayor McGee, Trustees Curley, Goodrich, Kustermann and Schrenker and the following were absent: None The Village Clerk - Administrator presented the proposed assessment roll for Highcrest Road Storm Sewer Improvement as nrepared by him with the assistance of the village engineer, consulting engineer and fiscal consultant, and in accordance with the instructions of this Council. The assessment roll was examined and considered and directed to be placed on file and open to public inspection in the office of the Village Clerk - Administrator. Member Curley then introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 828 RESOLUTION PROVIDING FOR HEARING ON ASSESS~1ENTS FOR HIGHCREST ROAD STORM SEWER IMPROVEMENT BE IT RESOL\~D by the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota as follows: 1. TIle assessment roll heretofore prepared, \'lhich is now on file in the office of the Village Clerk - Administrator, is hereby approved as the proposed assessment for said improvement, and this Council shall meet at the time and place indicated in the notice set forth in Paragraph 2 hereof for the purpose of passing upon the individual assessments set forth in said roll and hearing all objections thereto. 2. The Village Clerk - Administrator is hereby authorized and directed to cause notice of said meeting to be pub lished in Ramsey County Suburban Life, the official newspaper of the Village, at least two (2) 1\leeks before the date of the meeting, which notice shall be in substantially the following form:
