<br />FOR HIGHCREST ROAD STORM SEWER H1PROVHlENT

<br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT the Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota
<br />will meet in the Auditorium of the Fairview Junior High School in said village on
<br />Thursday, October 10, 1963 at 8:30 o'clock P.M. to hear, consider and pass upon any
<br />and all written or oral objections which may be offered with respect to the proposed
<br />special assessments for Highcrest Road Storm Sewer Improvement. The proposed assess-
<br />ment roll is now on file and open to public inspection by all persons interested, in
<br />the office of the Village Clerk. The entire amount assessed against each parcel of
<br />land will be payable, unless prepaid, in twenty (20) equal consecutive annual install-
<br />ments, the first of such installments to be payable with general taxes for the year
<br />1963, collectible with such taxes during the year 1964. The first installment will be
<br />payable with interest at the rate of five percent (5%) per annum on the entire assess-
<br />ment from the date of the resolution levying the same to December 31, 1964, and each
<br />subsequent installment will be payable with one year's interest at said rate on all
<br />unpaid installments, except that no interest will be charged if the entire assessment
<br />as to any parcel is paid at the office of the Treasurer within thirty (30) days from
<br />the date of adoption of the assessment roll.

<br />The general nature of Highcrest Road Storm Sewer Improvement consists generally
<br />of the following: Roseville would grant permission to Saint Anthony to construct and
<br />install catch basins along Highcrest Road in the Village of Roseville, and to connect
<br />those catch basins with catch basin leads to a storm sewer to be constructed by
<br />Saint Anthony in Highcrest Road within the Village of Saint Anthony, and Roseville
<br />would agree to contribute to the cost of the storm sewers along Highcrest Road, and all
<br />catch basins and leads serving the drainage district lying within Roseville the sum of
<br />Ten Thousand, Forty-Nine and 16/100 Dollars ($10,049.16).

<br />The area proposed to be assessed for the cost to be borne by the Village of
<br />Roseville is as follows:

<br />A strip of land Seventy-five Feet (75') in width, lying adjacent to and
<br />parallel with and southerly of the south line of the right-of-way of County
<br />Road "D", commencing at the East right-of-way line of Highcrest Road, and extend-
<br />ing easterly Six Hundred Feet (600'); and
<br />
<br />Lots One (1), Two (2), Three (3), Four (4) and Five (5), Block Nine (9),
<br />St. Anthony Plaza, Plat 2, according to the plat thereof on file and of record
<br />in the office of the Register of Deeds in and for Ramsey County, Minnesota; and
<br />
<br />Lots One (1), Two (2), Three (3), Four (4) and Five (5), Block Seven (7), St.
<br />Anthony Plaza, Plat 2, according to the plat thereof on file and of record in the
<br />office of the Register of Deeds in and for Ramsey County, Minnesota; and
<br />
<br />Lots Twenty-four (24), Twenty-five (25), Twenty-six (26), Twenty-seven (27),
<br />Twenty-eight (28), Twenty-nine (29), Thirty (30), Thirty-one (31) and Thirty-two
<br />(32), Block Seven (7), St. Anthony Plaza, Plat 2, according to the plat thereof on
<br />file and of record in the office of the Register of Deeds in and for Ramsey County,
<br />~finnesota; and

<br />Lots Nine (9), Ten (10), Eleven (11), Twelve (12), Thirteen (13), Fourteen
<br />(14) and Fifteen (15), Block Three (3), St. Anthony Plaza, according to the plat
<br />thereof on file and of record in the office of the Register of Deeds in and for
<br />Ramsey County, Minnesota; and
