<br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting of the <br />Village Council <br />Village of Roseville <br />County of Ramsey <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village Council <br /> <br />of the Village of Roseville, Ramsey County, Minnesota, was duly held in the Village <br /> <br />Hall at 2701 North Lexington Avenue, St. Paul, Minnesota, on M:>nday, the 2nd <br /> <br />day of <br /> <br />December <br /> <br />, 196L at 8:00 o'clock P.M. <br /> <br />The following members were present: <br /> <br />Mayor MrGee, Trustees Goodrich, Kusterman, <br /> <br />Schrenker <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />Trustee Curley <br /> <br />Trustee Go~d~ch <br />adoption: <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and moved its <br /> <br />Resolution No. 873 <br />RESOLUTION RElATING '.ro ACCEPTANCE OF VILLAGE STREETS <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of lbseville, Minnesota, <br /> <br />as follows: <br /> <br />WHEREAS) Erwin A. Zibell and Bertha M. Zibell, as developer has platted <br /> <br />ZIBELL'S ADDITION and therein dedicated a certain street known as Eldridge Avenue, <br /> <br />and pursuant to certain provisions of an agreement made on April 4, 1963 bas under- <br /> <br />taken to, or caused to be, graded and surfaced, constructed a storm sewer and con- <br /> <br />structed s&1itary sewer service connections and has duly assigned its account <br /> <br />(number R 14302) for the completion of said street within said plat as follows: <br /> <br />ELDRIDGE AVEIHh..: fl'Oll Pascal street to Haroline Avenue <br />
