<br />WHEREAS, Erwin A. Zibell and Bertha M. Zibell has filed and also made its <br /> <br />request for approval and the final acceptance of said street by the Village of <br /> <br />Roseville, and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Village Engineer has examined and inspect~d said street, and <br /> <br />filed his certificate indicating that the construction of said street has been <br /> <br />completed in accordance with all the requirements of said agreement and recommends <br /> <br />the acceptance of said street by the Village. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the following street - Eldridge Avenue <br /> <br />from Pascal street to Hemline Avenue - located in ZIBELL'S ADDITION, be and is <br /> <br />hereby accepted by the Village of Ibseville as a Village street and Erwin A. <br /> <br />Zibell and Bertha M. Zibell, as developer, for above described street be and is <br /> <br />released from any further liability for construction of the sanitary sewer con- <br /> <br />nections and the connection and maintenance of said stor.m sewer and street, and, <br /> <br />That the Village of Roseville herein re-assigns said savings account number <br /> <br />R 14302 to the first parties of said agreement. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by <br /> <br />Kusterman <br /> <br />, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following <br /> <br />voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />all <br /> <br />and the following voted against same: <br /> <br />none <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA ) <br />) <br />OOUNTY OF RAMSEY ) SS <br />) <br />VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE: ) <br />
