<br />Extr a...:'.;. of .t.l~rmtes of l'.LE:ecing <br />of village Council <br />village of Roseville <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br /> <br />of the village council of 'the village of Roseville, Minnesota, <br /> <br />was duly held in the Council Chambers in the village Hall in said <br /> <br />village on Monday, the 9th day of December, 1963, at 8:00 o'clock <br /> <br />P.M. <br /> <br />The following members were present: r1ayor McGee, Trustees <br />Goodrich, Kustermann and Schrenker <br />and the following were absent: Trustee Curley <br /> <br />Member <br /> <br />Goodrich <br /> <br />introduced the following resolu- <br /> <br />tion and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />HESClLUTION NO. 888 <br /> <br />"~SOLUTION RELATING TO WATER IMPROVEMENT <br />NO. 62-1 ASSESSMENTS <br /> <br />WHEREAS pursuant to statute a public hearing regarding <br /> <br />proposed assessments on Water Improvement No. 62-1 was held on <br /> <br />October 4, 1963 and adjourned '(;0 October 14, 1963, then being <br /> <br />duly amended and as amended on said date adopted a resolution <br /> <br />confirming assessmen'i.:s for said water improvement as amended, <br /> <br />which, among other provisions provided for a period of thirty <br /> <br />(30) days for the owners of any parcels of land to pay assess- <br /> <br />ments without interest penalty, and thereafter said assessment <br />
