<br />NOW THEREFORE b~ it :,,}solved by the Village Council of <br /> <br />the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, as follows: <br /> <br />1. That the pre-payment of Harold F. Keppler in the <br />amount of Eight Hundred Twenty-five and 98/100 Dollars <br />($825.98) is hereby deemed and determined by the village to <br />have been bimely received and that the village treasurer shall <br />deposit said check without interest penalty in the appropriate <br />fund of the village and that said assessment shall be marked <br />"pre-paid" and the County Auditor shall not be required to extend <br />said assessment for collection as provided in said assessment <br />resolution of October 14, 1963. <br /> <br />2. That the assessment on the estate of George A. Sperl, <br />shall be deemed not pre=paid, the paid receipt voided, and the <br />treasurer shall make an appropriate entry or entries in his <br />accounts relating to said fund and pre-paid assessments; that the <br />amount shall be and is hereby certified to the County Auditor <br />for collection along with real estate taxes as otherwise pro- <br />vided in the resolution of October 14, 1963. <br /> <br />3. The village clerk - administrator is directed to send a <br />certified copy of this resolution to the County Auditor of <br />Ramsey County and the Machine Accounting Division of Ramsey <br />County to effectuate the foregoing and that the Ramsey County <br />Auditor is hereby directed and authorized to proceed in accor- <br />dance herewith and as provided herein. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolu- <br /> <br />tion was duly seconded by <br /> <br />Schrenker <br /> <br />and upon vote being <br /> <br />taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />/\11 present <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: None <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
