NOW THEREFORE b~ it :,,}solved by the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, as follows: 1. That the pre-payment of Harold F. Keppler in the amount of Eight Hundred Twenty-five and 98/100 Dollars ($825.98) is hereby deemed and determined by the village to have been bimely received and that the village treasurer shall deposit said check without interest penalty in the appropriate fund of the village and that said assessment shall be marked "pre-paid" and the County Auditor shall not be required to extend said assessment for collection as provided in said assessment resolution of October 14, 1963. 2. That the assessment on the estate of George A. Sperl, shall be deemed not pre=paid, the paid receipt voided, and the treasurer shall make an appropriate entry or entries in his accounts relating to said fund and pre-paid assessments; that the amount shall be and is hereby certified to the County Auditor for collection along with real estate taxes as otherwise pro- vided in the resolution of October 14, 1963. 3. The village clerk - administrator is directed to send a certified copy of this resolution to the County Auditor of Ramsey County and the Machine Accounting Division of Ramsey County to effectuate the foregoing and that the Ramsey County Auditor is hereby directed and authorized to proceed in accor- dance herewith and as provided herein. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolu- tion was duly seconded by Schrenker and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: /\11 present and the following voted against the same: None whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
