<br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, the City of Roseville does hereby concur with Ramsey County revoking <br />the County Road status of McCarrons Boulevard South from T. H. 49 to Roselawn Avenue, McCarrons Boulevard <br />North from T. H. 49 to Roselawn Avenue, and Roselawn Avenue from McCarrons Boulevard to Dale Street, and <br />transfers jurisdiction over the roadways to the City of Roseville; <br /> <br />NOW BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the revocation of these roadways will be effective the first day of the <br />second month following the date the County is in receipt of an adopted resolution from the City of Roseville <br />concurring with the County revoking the County Road status of these roadways and transferring jurisdiction over the <br />roadways to the City of Roseville; <br /> <br />NOW BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the County will pay to the City as just compensation for these jurisdiction <br />transfers, an estimated $520,000 (the total compensation is calculated from the County Road Reconstruction Cost <br />Participation Policy, Resolution 9-1272, and adjusted by Pavement Management System [(90-Condition <br />rating)/Condition rating) ( 1993 Condition Rating); <br /> <br />NOW BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that Ramsey County will reimburse the City of Roseville an estimated <br />$520,000 upon presentation of billings from the construction contractor for the reconstruction of these roadways; <br /> <br />NOW BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, the Roseville Engineer is authorized within the limits of this resolution to take <br />actions necessary to have the identified jurisdiction changes executed; <br /> <br />NOW BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that Terminal Road from T. H. 280 to Cleveland Avenue and Cleveland <br />A venue from County Road B-2 to County Road C will be transferred from City of Roseville jurisdiction to Ramsey <br />County jurisdiction concurrently with the roadways to be transferred to City jurisdiction. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember P. Johnson and upon <br />vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Wiski, P. Johnson, Mastel, Goedeke, and V.
