<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF <br />ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, HELD JANUARY , 1964. <br />* * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br />of the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly <br />called and held at the Village Hall in said Village on the day of <br />January, 1964, at 8:00 p.m. The following members were present: <br /> <br />~Iayor Cedarholm. Trustees Curley, Goodrich and Grauel <br /> <br />and the following members were absent: Trus tee Sh ie ld s <br /> <br />Member Goodrich introduced the following <br />Resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 906 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a petition has been filed by property owners <br />of real property abutting the following street, to-wit: <br /> <br />Judith Avenue between Oxford Street and <br />Churchill Street in the Village of Roseville, <br />County of Ramsey and State of Minnesota; <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a public hearing was held on said petition on <br />S:!ptember 30, 1963 for the purpose of determining whether Judith Avenue <br />should be vacated; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it was determined by the Council on September 30, <br />1963, to vacate Judith Avenue; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a law suit was commenced by Katherin Reiling, <br />Robert Dolle, Lloyd Dosh, Emil Wedan, Lawrence Forlitti and George J. <br />Reiling I seeking an injunction from the Ramsey County District Court, <br />prohibiting the Council from vacating Judith Avenue; and <br />
