<br />WHEREAS, it is the desire of the Village Council to reconsider <br />said decision, <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE <br />VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. That the petition to vacate Judith Avenue between <br />Oxford Street and Churchill Street as above mentioned, which was heard <br />at a public hearing on September 30, 1963, is hereby denied. <br /> <br />2. It is hereby further determined by the Council that <br />Judith Avenue will remain a public right-of-way in the Village of Roseville, <br />County of Ram sey and State of Minne sota. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was <br />duly seconded by Member.
