<br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting of the <br />Village Council <br />Village of Roseville <br />County of Ramsey <br />state of Minnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village <br /> <br />Council of the Village of Roseville, Ramsey County, Minnesota, was duly held in <br /> <br />the Village Hall at 2701 North Lexington Avenue, St. Paul, Minnesota, on Monday, <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />13th <br /> <br />day of <br /> <br />.JanI laroy <br /> <br />, 196.!L, at 7:30 O'clock P.M. <br /> <br />The following members were present: ~1ayor Ccdarholm, Trustees Curley, <br />Goodrich, and Crauel <br /> <br />and the following were absent: Trustee Shields <br /> <br />~,lembcr Good ri ch <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and moved its <br /> <br />adoption: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 907 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RELATING TO ACCEPTANCE OF CERTAIN VILLAGE STREETS <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, <br /> <br />as follows: <br /> <br />WHE~3, on February 5, 1957 Holiday Homes, Inc. and Michels-Kroiss, Inc. <br /> <br />and on May 3, 1962 Michels-Kroiss, Inc., Andrew N.Michels, Victor Michels and <br /> <br />Raymond J. Kroiss filed a bond for the stabilization and surfacing of certain <br /> <br />platted streets in st. Anthony Plaza and st. Anthony Plaza Plat 2, and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Highcrest, a portion of Patton Road, Millwood, and Manson Road <br /> <br />have previously been accepted by the Village of Roseville, and, <br />
