<br />-2- <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the surfacing of the following streets have been completed. <br /> <br />LYDIA from Highcrest to Brenner <br />LYDIA COURT from Lydia to Cul-de-sac <br />STANBRIDGE from Lydia to Manson <br />BRENNER from Highcrest to Lydia, and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the following work has not been completed, <br /> <br />1. Grading, placement of topsoil and seeding of all boulevards in <br /> <br />st. Anthony Plaza Plat 2. <br /> <br />2. Bituminous surfacing (2" Hot Mix) on Patton Road from Stanbridge <br /> <br />to Brenner and on Brenner from Patton to Lydia, and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Michels Investment Company has filed a bond for the uncompleted <br /> <br />work in the amount of one andone half times the Engineer's estimated cost, <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the Village Council of the Village of <br /> <br />Roseville as follows: <br /> <br />1. Hoilday Homes, Inc., and Michels-Kroiss, Inc. and their securities, <br /> <br />The Anchor Casualty Company, are hereby discharged of the obligation of the <br /> <br />bond of February 5, 1957 by the Anchor Casualty Company in the amount of <br /> <br />$14,048.00, <br /> <br />2. Michels-Kroiss, Inc., Andrew N. Michels, Victor Michels and Raymond <br /> <br />J. Kroiss, and their securities, the Agricultural Insurance Company, are hereby <br /> <br />discharged of the obligation of the bond of May 3, 1962 by the Agricultural <br />Insurance Company in the amount of $22,500.00. <br /> <br />3. LYDIA from Highcrest to Brenner <br />LYDIA COURT from ~ia to Cul-de-sac <br />STANBRIOOE from Lydia to Manson <br />BRENNER from Highcrest to ~ia <br /> <br />is hereby accepted for maintenance by the Village of Roseville. <br /> <br />4. This resolution in no way shall discharge the obligation of Michels <br /> <br />Investment Company and its security the Agricultural Insurance Company in the <br /> <br />amount of $7,000.00, dated December 12, 1963 and the rider dated January c, ~?64, <br />
