<br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting of the <br />Village Council <br />Village of Roseville <br />County of Ramsey <br />state of Minnesota <br /> <br />Pursuw1t to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village <br /> <br />Council of the Village of Roseville, Ramsey County, Minnesota, was duly held in <br /> <br />the Village Hall at 2701 North Lexington Avenue, st. PaUl, Minnesota, on Monday, <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />20th <br /> <br />day of <br /> <br />January <br /> <br />, 196~, at 7:30 o'clock P.M. <br /> <br />The following members were present: <br />Goodrich, Grauel and Shields <br /> <br />~layor Cecbrholm. Trustees Curley. <br /> <br />and the following were absent: !-.Jone <br /> <br />~lember Shie Ids <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and moved its <br /> <br />adoption: <br /> <br />Resolution No. ~ <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RELATING TO ACCEPTING SANITARY SEWER <br />AND STREET SYSTEMS IN THE ROSE OF SHARON PLAT <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, <br /> <br />as follows: <br /> <br />WEEREAB, Reverend lundblad, as owner, has pursuant to an agreement with the <br /> <br />Village of Roseville installed or constructed approximately 756 feet of Sanitary <br /> <br />Sewer in or upon Lovell Avenue and Lovell Avenue extended and installed or con- <br /> <br />structed the grading of the sub-grade of Lovell Avenue, all in the plat known as <br /> <br />Rose of Sharon, and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, said owner has filed and also made his request for final acceptance <br /> <br />of said Bani tary Sewer and grading by the Village of Roseville, and, <br /> <br />\~HEREAS, the Village J<:ngineer has examined and inspected said Sanitary <br /> <br />Sewer and grading and has filed his certificate indicating that the construction <br />
