<br />-2- <br /> <br />of said Sanitary Sewer and grading has been completed in accordance with all <br /> <br />the requirements of the agreement and recommends the acceptance of said San- <br /> <br />itary Sewer and grading by the Village, <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of <br /> <br />Rosevi.lle that: <br /> <br />1. The Sanitary Sewer located in or upon Lovell Avenue and the <br /> <br />easement of Lovell Avenue extended which runs from the cul- <br /> <br />de-sac on Lovell Avenue, westerly to Lexington Avenue, and <br /> <br />the grading of the sub-grade of Lovell Avenue from Chatsworth <br /> <br />Street to the cul-de-sac all in the Rose of Sharon Plat, be <br /> <br />and are hereby accepted by the Village of Roseville as part of <br /> <br />the Sanitary Sewer system and the street system, and that Rever- <br /> <br />end lundblad, as owner, and the Home Owners Insurance Company, <br /> <br />as bonding company, be and are hereby released from any further <br /> <br />liability for the construction and maintenance of said Sanitary <br /> <br />Sewer and sub-grade, <br /> <br />2. This resolution in no way shall discharge the obligation of the <br /> <br />owner for the surfacing of Lovell Avenue from Chatsowrth Street <br /> <br />to the cul-de-sac. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded <br /> <br />by 'lembcr r.oodrich <br /> <br />, and upon vote being t~cen thereon, the following <br /> <br />voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />All present <br /> <br />and the following votcu.
