<br />Extrac~ of Minutes of Meeting <br />of Village Council of <br />Village of rtoseville <br />Ramsey County, Minnesot:.a <br />February 3, 1964 <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the Village Council <br /> <br />of the village of Roseville, Minnesota, met in regular session <br />7:30 <br />at the Village Hall on Monday, February 3, 1964, at asoc o'clock <br /> <br />P.M. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Cedarho1m, <br />Trustees Curley, Goodrich, Grauel and Shields <br /> <br />and the fOllowing were absent: None <br /> <br />Member Grauel introduced the following reso- <br /> <br />lution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 918 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APP.ROVING ENGINEERS PRELIMINARY <br />REPORT AND PROVIDING FO~l POOLI C HEARING ON <br />WATER IMPROVEMEN~' NO. 64-4 <br /> <br />BE IT J{ESOLVED by the Council of the Village of Roseville as <br /> <br />follows: <br /> <br />1. The Council has heretofore directed Banister Engineering <br />Company, consulting engineers, 310 Snelling Avenue, St. Paul, <br />Minnesota, to prepare a preliminary report as to the feasibility <br />of a proposed improvement cG~sisting of the construction of <br />facilities needed for supplying and distributing water within a <br />portion of the village, as described in the notice set forth <br />below, and the estimated cost thereof, and as to whether such <br />improvement should best be made as proposed or in connection <br />with some other improvement.
