'The improvement proposed to be <br />made in the general manner set forth in the report is designated <br />as Water Improvement No. 64-4. <br /> <br />2. The Council shall meet at the cafetorium at the Alexander <br />Ramsey High School on February 24, 1964, at 7:30 o'clock P.M., for <br />the purpose of holding a public hearing on the proposed improve- <br />ment under and pursuant to the provisions of Minnesota Statutes, <br />1961, Chapter 429, as amended, and the Clerk is hereby authorized <br />and directed to cause notice of the time, place and purpose of <br />that meeting to be published twice in the official newspaper, <br />North Suburban Life, which publications shall be a week apart, <br />and the second publication shall be not less than three days <br />before the date of the hearing. <br /> <br />3.
