nOTICE OF HEARING ON l.vAT:GH. IMPnOVEME~rr NO. 64-4 OF THE VILIAGE OF "::mSEVILLE, MINNESOTA NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the village of Roseville, Minnesota, will meet at the cafetorium at Alexander Ramsey High School on the 24th day of February, 1964 at 7:30 o'clock P.M., to hold a public hearing pursuant to Minnesota Statutes 1961, Chapter 429, as amended, on a proposed Water Improvement No. 64-4 consisting of the construction of large feeder mains, small feeder mains and lateral mains, together with appurtenant valves and hydrants and other specials: service connections with shut offs from the mains to the property line of the individual building sites: and the repair and restoration of county roads and village streets for the supply and distribution of water within the area described below, to be obtained from a connection with the water system of the City of St. Paul under a cooperative agreement entered into by the Village Council and the City Council: all substantially in accordance with a prelimi- nary engineering report which is now on file and open to public inspection in the office of the village Clerk. The cost of the improvement is presently estimated at approximately $2,600,000. The area proposed to be assessed for the improvement includes the properties situated within the following described boundary: Commencing at the NE corner of Section 2, T 29, R 23, which point is also on the N boundary of the Village of Roseville, thence westerly along the N line of \ Section 2, Section 3, Section 4 and Section 5 to a point on the N line of Section .'. 5 lying 900 feet westerly of the E line of Section 5; all of the aforementioned sections being in T 29, R 23; thence southerly on a line 900' W of and parallel to the E line of said Section 5 to a point on the centerline of County Road "C.., which point is also On the S line of said Section 5; thence easterly along the centerline of said County Road "c" a distance of 900' to a point on the center- line of Cleveland Ave., said point also being the SE corner of said Section 5, T 29, R 23; thence northerly along the centerline of Cleveland Avenue a distance of 287' MOL to a point on the N line extended of Lot 12, B1k "B" Twin View; thence easterly along the extended N line of said Lot 12 a distance of 344' MOL to the NE corner of said Lot 12; thence northerly along the E line of Lot 13 thru 20 of Blk fiB" Twin View a distance of 1,042' more or less to a point on the centerline of lona Lane, said point lying on the N line of the S one-half of "the SH one quarter of Section"4, T 29, R 23; thence easterly along said N line a distance of 1909.13' MOL to a point 381.19' W of the centerline of Fairview Avenue' thence southerly along a line parallel to and 381.19' ,westerly of the centerli~e of Fairvie~" Avenue a distance of 622'~IDL to a point 700' N of the S line of section 4 T 29 R 23' \ thence :asterly along a line 700' N of and parallel to the S line of said' Secti~n 4 .'. t~ a po~t 266' W of the cent~r1ine of Fairview Avenue; thence southerly along a _ l~ne 266 ~ of and parallel to the centerline of Fairview Avenue to a point 455' N of the S 11ne of said Section 4; then~e westerly along a line parallel to and 455'
