<br />/1' / -,t , <br />(..(' set, Cll I / b /J/ <br /> <br />9,2.~ <br /> <br />Extract of Minutes of Me~tlng <br />of Village Council <br />village of Roseville <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br />February 24, 1964 <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br /> <br />of the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, <br /> <br />was held in the cafetorium at Alexander .Ramsey High School in <br /> <br />said village on Monday, the 24th day of February, 1964, at <br /> <br />7:30 o'clock P.M. <br /> <br />The following members were present: <br /> <br />Cedarholm, Curley, Goodrich, Grauel and Shields <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />none <br /> <br />The Village Clerk - Administrator presented an affidavit <br /> <br />showing publication of notice of hearing on proposed Water <br /> <br />Dmprovement No. 64-4 in accordance with the resolution adopted <br /> <br />February 3, 1964, which affidavit was examined and found to be <br /> <br />satisfactory and was directed to be filed by the Clerk. The <br /> <br />village Clerk also exhibited a Certificate of Mailing Notice of <br /> <br />Hearing to all affected property owners, which certificate was <br /> <br />examined and found to be satisfactory and was directed to be <br /> <br />filed by the Clerk. <br /> <br />The Mayor then directed the Clerk to read the description <br /> <br />of the general nature and estimated cost of the proposed improve- <br /> <br />ment and the area proposed to be assessed therefor, as stated in <br />
