<br />1. That the Government Study Committee appointed <br />in 1960 be reactivated as of February 17, 1964, and that said Government <br />Study Committee be instructed to make the following investigations: <br /> <br />a) Determine the advantage sand <br />disadvantages of obtaining a charter from the State <br />of Minne sota, and which type of charter would be <br />in the best interests of the Village of Roseville. <br /> <br />b) Determine the various forms of <br />government set forth in Chapter 412 of the Minnesota <br />Statutes, and determine the advantages and disadvantages <br />of the Village of Roseville changing its form of <br />government. <br /> <br />2. All department heads employed by the Village <br />of RoseviUe are hereby instructed to cooperate to the fullest extent with <br />the members of the Government Study Committee, to make all of their <br />records and files available to the Committee, and to provide whatever <br />information or other assistance as may be requested by the Committee. <br /> <br />3. The Village Clerk for the Village of Roseville is <br />hereby instructed to provide a certified copy of the within Resolution to <br />the Chairman of the Government Study Committee forthwith. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Re sdution <br />was duly seconded by Member Shie Ids , and upon a vote being <br />held thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />'\II ;Jresent <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: .'Jone <br /> <br />WHEREUPON, said Resolution was declared duly passed <br /> <br />and adopted. <br /> <br />-2- <br />
