<br />WHEREAS, the Village has been unable to negotiate <br />for the purpose of purchasing said lands; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, under the statutes of the State of Minnesota <br />the Village has the power to take and acquire such property <br />by power of eminent domain; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE <br />COUNCIL FOR THE VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE.
