<br />Park Site 17FF: <br /> <br />Except the South 160 feet, the East <br />1.70 chains of the North Half (N~) <br />of the Southeast Quarter (SE\) of <br />the Northeast Quarter (NE\)of Section <br />Eleven (11), Township Twenty-Nine (29), <br />Range Twenty-Three (23), subject to <br />Dale Street. <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the estates to be <br />acquired are fee simple absolute. <br /> <br />That the Village Attorney be and he hereby is <br />instructed to institute the necessary proceedings in condem- <br />nation under the power of eminent domain in the name and in <br />behalf of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, to acquire <br />the property hereinabove described under the statutes of <br />the State of Minnesota, and the said Village Attorney is <br />further instructed and directed to take such steps as may <br />be necessary to carry said proceedings to a conc~usion. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing <br />resolution was duly seconded by Member Curley <br />and upon a vote being taken thereon, the following voted <br />in favor of the resolution: All l")resent <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: None <br /> <br />WHEREUPON, said resolution was declared duly <br />passed and adopted. <br /> <br />-3- <br />
