<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF ~'lEETING OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL <br />OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, HELD JUNE 1, 1964. <br /> <br />* * * * * * * * * * * * * * * <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br />of the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, was <br />duly called and held at the Village Hall in said Village on the 1st <br />day of June, 1964 at 7:30 p.m. The following members were present: <br /> <br />Mayor Cedarholm, Trustees Curley, Goodrich, Grauel and Shields <br /> <br />and the following members were absent: None <br /> <br />Member Grauel introduced the following Resolution and moved <br />its adoption: <br /> <br />llliSOLUTION NO. 971 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, The Village Council of the Village of Roseville <br />improved Commerce Street and said improvement was known as the <br />Commerce Street Improvement; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, on October 8, 1963, the Village Council adopted <br />Resolution No. 841 adopting the assessment roll for said Commerce <br />Street Improvement; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the following described real property lying <br />wi thin the Village of Roseville, County of Ramsey and State of <br />Minnesota, to wit: <br />
