<br />Registered Land Survey 86 subj to E smts <br />the fol adj part of Tract I and ex N 17 ft <br />part of Tracts F G Hand J lying E of L <br />par with and 230 ft E from extended most <br />Wly L of Tract J and N of L beg at NE cor <br />of Tract J th S 76 33*100 ft on E L thereof <br />th R at angle of 89 deg 56 min across tract, <br /> <br />and also containing County Auditor's identification *79-9086-011-10, <br />was assessed the amount of Three Thousand, Seven Hundred and <br />74/100 Dollars ($3,700.74); and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the property owner of the above described <br />real property paid to the Village Treasurer the amount of $3,700.74 <br />within Thirty (30) days after the adoption of Resolution No. 841; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution No. 841 the Village <br />Clerk of the Village of Roseville certified to the County Auditor <br />which assessments were paid directly to the Village Treasurer; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, an error was made on said certification and <br />it was certified that said assessment was unpaid; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the property owner of the above de scribed <br />real property paid Fifty Per Cent (50%) of the 1964 tax statement on <br />May 21, 1964 direct to the County Treasurer1s office, which tax <br />statement is attached hereto and made a part hereof by reference, <br />and which tax statement contained the assessment for said Commerce <br />Street Improvement in the amount of $3,700.74; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL <br />OF THE VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. The County Auditor is hereby instructed and <br />requested to remove from the above described real property the amount <br />of $ 3, 700.74 for the Commerce Street Improvement. <br /> <br />2. The Village Clerk of the Village of Roseville <br />is hereby instructed to return to the property owner, the Rose Building <br />Corporation, one-half (1/2) of the assessment of $3,700.74 heretofore <br />paid by the property owner when the Village Clerk receives from the <br />County Treasurer one-half of the amount previously paid by the <br />property owner. <br />
